To ensure we have captured all of your outstanding debts to go into your Debt Relief Order, we’ll ask a credit bureau called TransUnion to share information held about you from the electoral roll and your financial history. To access this information, TransUnion will also carry out an anti-money laundering search. By giving us permission to carry out this check, you’re agreeing to let us share your name, address and date of birth with TransUnion to release the information they hold about you. TransUnion will keep a record of this check on your file, but it should not affect your credit rating.
