Put my mind at ease.

Excellent service. I was kept up to date all the way along. I dealt with Sian most of the time and she was always friendly and helpful. It's not easy at my age (70) to admit that you are in financial difficulty, having managed all my life. However she and others I spoke to made me feel at ease and took a huge worry from me. Would recommend to anyone who finds themselves in a mess they can't sort alone.

Very positive experience

It was a hard decision to make this arrangement. It was also very upsetting. I am the type of person who once I make a decision I get on with it straightaway. I did all the paperwork on the Sunday online. Money Wellness rung me on the Monday morning and the paperwork was submitted on the Monday evening. The DRO was allowed, and I had confirmation on the Tuesday the day after. It was all done in 2 days. The person I spoke to at Money Wellness was very respectful, calm, and supportive. An overall positive experience of support in what was an upsetting place to me which I had never been in in my life. Circumstances in the past year had led me to making this decision before things got worse
