The gentleman that i spoke to on the phone to go through things was amazing. And he said once it’s all been submitted it will be about 3 days and he was absolutely correct thank you for your time and patience I slept the day I got my email telling me it had been approved Don’t keep putting it off speak to them today

Reassuring and non-judgemental
The service I received was informative, reassuring and professional. It was also very efficient and the whole process was turned around within a week. Most of all though, there was no judgement, which was a huge relief to me because even though I knew I had ended up where I did due to a whole host of different reasons (some of which were out of my control), I was feeling shame that things had ended up how they had. By the end of the process, I was feeling that there was hope that I could rebuild things moving forwards.

The website is very clear and easy to follow. The wait to get through to speak to a person is quite long, half hour each time. But once I got through everyone was very friendly and helpful. I didn't feel judged at all. Everyone was very understanding. I was very nervous about the assessment call but I didn't need to be as the lady I spoke to was very reassuring. She explained the process in detail and answered all my questions without judgement. My preferred option was approved within 10 days from start to finish. I had read a few bad reviews which made me nervous, but in my experience I have no complaints at all. My debts are now under control and last night I had the best night's sleep in years. I can't recommend Money Wellness highly enough. Thank you.

At first i was hesitant to contact Money Wellness im not sure that someone can really help me with my depth problem. But they done a good job they are very upfront and quick to give help and attention to those who needed help like me. I just think saying thank you is not enough for them.
