Respectful and helpful
From my initial phone call I was treated with respect and assured that I could be helped. Since my phone call I have felt my worries lifted and am looking forward to managing my finances better in the future. Very friendly staff, very helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone struggling with debt.

Best start to my year- calling Money Wellness for advice.
Having found myself in serious debt and financial hardship, with sleepless nights and suffering severe stress related anxiety, I was almost immediately made to feel calm when speaking with my advisor. I openly and honestly discussed my situation, which is far from straightforward, and found my advisor to be kind, compassionate and understanding. He helped me look at my situation and advised me on the steps I could take. I now have clear and concise steps to take, with all the stress and burden minimised and actually looking forward to the year ahead. Best decision I have made in a while, was to speak to someone from Money Wellness.

The gentleman on the phone was exceptional. Almost like a financial therapist. He listened and gave me the alternative solutions that i didn't know where out there. Awesome company
The service was excellent. The advisor went through all the questions and explained to me about what happens next etc, he put my application in and told me I should hear within 5 days and it was done on a Thursday and by Monday lunchtime I had got the dro which was applied for, that's one thing off my shoulders now

Amazing service totally recommend
The service I received was so helpful and friendly and so understanding of my situation I do suffer from anxiety and they made note of this and made me feel very comfortable and not judged at all. They sorted out all my issues and problems and made me feel really relaxed with my debt. And if I could give a big thank you to James who helped me through it all and went the extra mile!

Positive and kind financial care.
I called on behalf of my mother who gave permission for the Money Wellness team to speak directly with me whilst my elderly mother was by my side. From speaking with my mother it seems that one of the things that has made of talking about her debt so difficult and to ask for help from others, is the shame which goes with ‘opening up’ and putting the whole mess that you have got into in front of another with a knowing that often the line of enquiry in over intrusive and you starts to feel either judged or that you are just being tolerated by the listener who ultimately reminds you of your contractual obligations before bring the call to an end. Making contact with Money Wellness was a completely different experience from the get go. The person we spoke with was respectful of how my mother had got herself into such a pickle and kind throughout. It was clear that they were listening with a view to be able to ‘think’ on behalf of my mother so as to offer a view on the best way forward. When we got to the point of exploring the various options they also put forward the pros and cons of each, which allowed my mother to make an informed and empowered decision about how to go forward and work towards ultimately becoming debt free. An excellent xperience and a very important lifeline which really has a place for those who feel like they are drowning. Thank-you.
