Excellent service. The staff are so understanding, non judgemental, friendly, helpful. I can't say anything but good things about this organisation. I wish I had gone to them many months earlier which could have saved me so much stress. The whole process was handled with care and was dealt with very quickly. My call was answered quickly and I was soon referred to an adviser. I spoke to Travis, who was very patient and managed to let me talk and also maintain a structure to the call which was professional and helped give me a sense of progress. Staff are well trained and personable.
