Can no fault the service I recieved. The lovely lady I spoke with was highly professional and knew her job well. Talked me through all the stages and options that was available for my circumstances. Normally I would ignore my problems and hide away but this service has helped me confront my debt problems and helped massively with sorting them out. DRO Application

Excellent company
The Advisor I spoke to (James ) based in Manchester, was professional and empathetic to my situation. He gave me concise and clear information regarding my current situation. Everything was explained in great detail and the options he suggested were excellent. The only issue that I had was that it was difficult at times to get through on the phone, and emails were not responded to in a timely manner. This however, does not decry from the service that was given.

Good Review!
Yes, my money wellness advisor Laura was excellent, extremely knowledgeable and kind, she explained everything as we went through the form together and she broke things down into segments so it was easier for me to try and process as it’s a lot of information to take absorb in one chunk. She did all the hard work and math which was one of the reasons I struggled and is hopefully helping me with a solution to start me back on the right path. Importantly she was patient with my ND head.
