Whether you’ve smashed your exams or are just pleased that they’re finally over, it’s only right that you treat yourself.
And there’s plenty of options available, as countless chains are offering great deals to young people who got their results on 20 August 2026.
We’ve rounded up just a few of the best ones…
Banana Tree
Students can get a free starter and dessert if they buy an adult main meal - and so can the friends and family they’re eating with.
Bella Italia
If you’re going out with friends and family, each one of you can get a free starter and dessert if you each buy a main course.
Bill's
Grab a free dessert if you buy a main course.
Bird & Blend
Cool down after the excitement with a free Iced Superstar Matcha worth £5.25.
Frankie & Benny's
Everyone at your table can get a free starter and dessert if you each buy a main adult meal at a participating restaurant.
Giggling Squid
You can claim a free portion of Sticky Chicken when you buy a main meal.
Rosa's Thai
Sign up on the Rosa’s Thai website before results day and you’ll be given a unique code.
Just take that code to a participating restaurant and you can claim a free Pad Thai.
Las Iguanas
Students and the people they’re eating out with can each get a free starter and dessert when they order a main course, with tables of up to six people eligible.
Nando's
GCSE students can get a free quarter or chicken, as long as you spend at least £7 and order at the till
Pizza Express
If you arrive before 5pm on results day, you can get 90 minutes of bottomless pizza and dough balls for dine-in only for £12.50.
Zizzi
The first 30 students through the doors at participating restaurants can claim a classic pizza for free if they present their GCSE results and buy a soft drink.
And those who miss out on the freebie can still get a classic pizza for half-price until 5pm.
How to make the most of results day treats
You don’t want to turn up somewhere and find out you can’t claim an offer, so before heading out, there are four things you should do.
Bring proof
Most venues will ask for proof you’ve just done your GCSEs.
So make sure you take your results slip and student ID with you to claim your rewards.
Book ahead
Some restaurants will have limited time slots and availability, so reserve your table in advance.
Go early
Restaurants offering deals like free drinks and desserts might run out quickly, so get there as early as you can so you don’t miss out.
Check terms
Look at the T&Cs so you know the offer applies to your date and location.
