The process started off really easy and had great communications. But when it came to signing the agreement and I had my chance to check that all the companies was listed correctly. I was told that I could check it and make any adjustments . I did not get the chance to amend any details as that option wasn't there for me to do even tho I was told that I could do that at that time. Resulting in possible things being missed off because of it. Very happy with all the things I've been helped with ill just have wait and see if and what comes to follow in the near future
