I honestly don’t know where to start, I am struggling to find the words to show my appreciation.
My advisor, Ciara was an angel in disguise.
For months and months I have not slept, suffered illness due to the worry, with no one to blame but myself and my circumstances.
The first 5 minutes of my call put me at ease, Ciara didn’t make me feel judged or shamed in anyway.
We split our call over 2 evenings, based around my work hours and not to bombard me. This made the experience even better.
Ciara explained everything to the letter, nothing was misunderstood.
I can’t explain how lucky I felt that she answered my call.
After the first conversation with Ciara, that night I slept for the first time in months.
I hope Ciara and her colleague’s know what a huge impact their patience and knowledge make to peoples every day lives.
We are so lucky to have this service available, I am extremely grateful.
