What we need from you...
To book an appointment with one of our Verification Officers, you'll need to upload proofs of the following:
Personal Action Plan
The recommendation document provided by your debt adviser. Please ensure you include the full recommendation document.
Bank Statements
For each bank account you hold (including savings accounts), we need a full month of statements dated within the last month.
Proof of Income
Just include a copy of your most recent payslip, and/or any benefits you receive. You can easily prove benefits using your bank statement, except for Universal Credit. For Universal Credit, we'll need the full journal showing your entitlement.
Your DRO application
Please be aware that the application process cannot commence until we have received the information outlined above. This step is crucial to ensure a smooth and timely application process.
