With millions of household budgets already stretched, many families will be looking for ways to celebrate without blowing the weekly budget.

The good news is that several restaurant chains are offering free drinks, money-off vouchers, gift card bonuses and other perks this Father's Day.

From free beers to £15 vouchers off a future meal, here's where dads can eat for less this weekend.

Chiquito: free Corona and £15 off your next visit

Mexican restaurant Chiquito is offering dads and father figures a free pint of Corona Extra or a bottle of Corona Cero 0.0% on Father's Day.

The offer is available when at least one main meal is purchased and diners book a table in advance. Families will also receive a £15 voucher to use on a future visit.

With favourites including fajitas, burritos, burgers and loaded nachos on the menu, it's a good option for families looking for a relaxed Father's Day meal.

Las Iguanas: free beer and a £15 voucher

Las Iguanas is raising a glass to dads with a free pint of Corona Extra or a bottle of Corona Cero 0.0% when dining on Father's Day.

The offer is available with the purchase of a main meal and a valid promotional code, which you can get by signing up to the website here. Guests will also receive a £15 voucher to spend on a future visit.

If you're planning ahead, the restaurant is also offering extra value on selected gift cards, helping families save on future meals out too.

Bella Italia: free drink for Dad

Bella Italia is giving dads and father figures a free Birra Moretti or Birra Moretti Zero when they order an adult main meal on Father's Day.

Families dining on the day will also receive a £15 voucher to use on a future visit.

With pizza, pasta and family favourites on the menu, it's a useful option if you're looking for somewhere that caters for all ages.

Banana Tree: free Tiger Beer and £15 off next time

Banana Tree is helping families celebrate with a free bottle of Tiger Beer or Heineken 0.0% for dads and father figures dining on Father's Day.

Guests will also receive a £15 voucher to use on their next visit.

The Southeast Asian restaurant chain offers everything from curries and noodles to street food-inspired dishes, making it a good choice for families wanting something a little different.

Frankie & Benny's: free beer for fathers

Frankie & Benny's is offering dads a free Budweiser when they order an adult main meal on Father's Day.

The restaurant is also currently running a separate all-inclusive dining offer that could help families save money over the coming weeks.

Until 3 July, diners can enjoy 90 minutes of unlimited pizza, pasta, selected sides and soft drinks for £19.95 per person on weekdays.

Toby Carvery: a budget-friendly family meal

If you're looking for value rather than freebies, Toby Carvery remains one of the cheaper ways to take the family out for Father's Day.

The chain is promoting its traditional roast dinners and all-you-can-eat breakfast, which can work out significantly cheaper than many restaurant meals.

Toby Carvery is also offering a £5 bonus gift card when customers spend £45 on gift cards online, giving families a little extra value if they plan to visit again.

Farmhouse Inns: free large carvery upgrade

Farmhouse Inns is offering dads a free upgrade from a standard carvery to a large carvery on eligible Father's Day bookings.

That means extra meat and all the trimmings without paying extra.

If your dad enjoys a traditional Sunday roast, this could be one of the better value Father's Day offers available.

Beefeater: family-friendly savings

Beefeater is promoting its Sunday roast menu for Father's Day, with roast dinners available from around £15.

Families with younger children may also benefit from the chain's breakfast offer, where two children can eat free with every paying adult.

If you're planning a full family day out, these savings can soon add up.

Don't forget to check the small print

Most Father's Day deals require customers to book in advance, sign up online or download a voucher before visiting.

It's also worth checking whether the offer is available at your local branch, as some promotions exclude certain locations.

Taking a few minutes to check the terms and conditions could save disappointment on the day.
