Right from the first call from Money Wellness from a guy called Rahal (apologies if I've misspelt your name) I was impressed with the empathetic and professional way in which the very difficult and emotional call was handled by him. Also, when I once got through to the wrong department, someone named Heather went out of her way to console me and get me through to the right person. More recently I was speaking to a very professional man named Andrew, who, despite his efficient manner was also friendly and reassuring. I can only try to imagine how manic it must be for your business in these very difficult and uncertain times with and the state of the British economy, but I can honestly say the DRO team at Money Wellness really looked after us, THANKYOU!
