All the places where kids eat for free – or nearly free – this summer

School’s out for summer! Yep, the summer holidays are here, which means no more early morning school runs, hooray! But it also means six weeks of finding ways to keep the kids entertained - and fed.

If you're looking to cut the cost of eating out, certain restaurants, pubs, cafés and supermarkets across the UK are offering free, or heavily discounted, children's meals throughout the school holidays.

Whether you're planning a family day out, stopping for lunch after the park or just fancy a break from cooking, these deals could save you a small fortune.

Kids eat FREE this summer

Angus Steakhouse

At Angus Steakhouse, little ones under eight free at selected times with a paying adult main.

ASK Italian

Up to two children per family eat free every day throughout the summer holidays until 6 September when you buy an adult main at ASK Italian. The offer is available through the ASK Perks app.

Bella Italia

One child can enjoy a free meal, including three delicious courses and a drink, from the kids menu from Sunday to Thursday when you're buying an adult main meal at Bella Italia.

Brewers Fayre

Up to two children eat breakfast free with every paying adult ordering an unlimited breakfast at Brewer’s Fayre pubs.

Bill's

Up to two children eat free when one adult orders any main at breakfast, lunch or dinner at Bill’s. The offer is available on weekdays until 1 September.

BrewDog

Head to a participating BrewDog bar and one child eats free with every paying adult between 19 July and 31 August.

Café Rouge

At Café Rouge, one child eats free with every adult main purchased between 12pm and 4pm, every day during the holidays.

Chiquito

At Chiquito, grab one free kids' meal, including a main, side, drink and dessert, with every full-paying adult main. This fabulous offer runs during every school holiday.

Coconut Tree

Treat your youngsters to a taste of Sri Lanka at the Coconut Tree, where kids aged 10 and under receive a free meal with each paying adult. Most restaurants offer the deal until 6pm and the offer runs from Monday 13t July to 6 September.

Franco Manca

Children aged 12 and under receive a free kid's pizza Monday to Thursday with every adult main at participating Franco Manca restaurants.

Frankie & Benny's

Kids get a free main, two sides, dessert and drink with every paying adult at Frankie & Benny’s. This fabulous deal is available during every school holiday.

Future Inns

Head to a participating Future Inns, and little ones under five eat free with any paying adult at breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Gordon Ramsay restaurants

Kiddies under 10 eat free all day, every day when an adult orders two courses from the à la carte menu at Gordon Ramsay restaurants.

Las Iguanas

Let the fiesta commence at Las Iguanas, where one child under 12 receives a free main, two sides and dessert with every paying adult when you use the restaurant app.

Marco Pierre White Restaurants

The summer’s sorted at Marco Piere White restaurants, where kids under 12 receive a free two-course meal with every adult ordering from the à la carte menu, excluding Saturday evenings.

Morrisons Cafés

Head to your local Morrisons Café with a youngster in tow and receive a free kids' meal with every adult meal costing £5 or more.

Pausa Café at Dunelm

It’s the same in Pausa Cafés at Dunelm, where spend £5 and little ones eat free, that’s a main, drink and two snacks!

Pizza Hut

Summer holidays and Pizza Hut go hand in hand. And, kids aged 12 and under get a free meal, side, dessert and drink with an adult main, though a minimum spend usually applies.

Premier Inn

Premier Inn is known for its family-friend restaurants. Up to two children under 16 eat breakfast free when an adult buys a full Premier Inn Breakfast.

Preto

Got any kiddies aged 10 or under? Take advantage of this deal at Preto, where little ones eat free with a paying adult rodizio. It’s available every weekday from 4pm AND all weekend!

Purezza

It’s a similar deal at Purezzo, where children under 10 receive a free mini pizza with every adult main all year round.

Tesco cafés

Kids eat free during the summer holidays, excluding weekends, when you buy any item from the Coffee Shop in Tesco.

TGI Fridays

Visit at TGI Fridays before 6 September, and Kids eat free when you use the app.

The Real Greek

Fancy a bit of Greek flavour this summer. Kids under 12 receive a free kids' meal every Sunday when an accompanying adult spends £10 at the super authentic Real Greek!

Turtle Bay

Youngsters aged 10 and under eat free when an adult spends at least £15 on the main menu at Turtle Bay.

Village Hotels Pub & Grill

One child eats free with every paying adult between 20 July and 4 September when you claim the offer through the Village Rewards app.

YO! Sushi

If sushi’s calling this summer, check out this offer at Yo! Sushi, where kids eat free Monday to Friday during school holidays with a paying adult spending at least £10.

Zizzi

Hungry Horse

At Hungry Horse, up to two children's meal deals are available for 88p each with every adult main on weekdays.

IKEA

Kids' pasta with tomato sauce, a drink and fruit costs just 95p at IKEA!

Sizzling Pubs

Take advantage of this sizzling offer. Kids eat for £1 between 3pm and 7pm, Monday to Friday, with every adult main purchased at Sizzling Pubs.
