Superb!!!
Amazing service start to finish. All agents over the phone were informative and understanding. There was no judgement at all. In total it took about 3 hours from start to sending in my DRO application. There is 0 complaints everyone was fantastic, I feel like I am finally able to breathe for the first time in years

I am really happy with Money Wellness. My debts were really worrying me. I got in touch with Stepchange who put me in touch with Money Wellness. I'm so happy that they did. I was really surprised how quickly everything was dealt with a week to 10 days and everything was sorted I've even recommend them to my son. Id also recommend them to anyone else who needed help.

Right from the first call from Money Wellness from a guy called Rahal (apologies if I've misspelt your name) I was impressed with the empathetic and professional way in which the very difficult and emotional call was handled by him. Also, when I once got through to the wrong department, someone named Heather went out of her way to console me and get me through to the right person. More recently I was speaking to a very professional man named Andrew, who, despite his efficient manner was also friendly and reassuring. I can only try to imagine how manic it must be for your business in these very difficult and uncertain times with and the state of the British economy, but I can honestly say the DRO team at Money Wellness really looked after us, THANKYOU!

Persevere with your experience
Although it’s a daunting experience having to do this, and getting hold of anyone especially the Debt Relief Team is extremely difficult and hard work adding stress to an already stressful situation once you do finally sort everything out it’s all handled very well and it’s definitely worth going through a a few days of stress to take the weight off the world off your shoulders

A very supportive and friendly team
I was nervous going through a dro because I'd never done it before but the guys at money wellness helped me through the application, they were all very professional and made it easy to understand for me.
