£1 family films at Cineworld – every weekend in September

Cineworld has brought back its popular £1 family films offer. Every weekend in September you can enjoy a family day out to see some of your favourite films for just £1 per ticket.

It’s the perfect treat for kids, and grown-ups too!

Fun fact: Cineworld’s Leicester Square location has hosted movie premieres attended by legends like Queen Elizabeth II and Marilyn Monroe.

20% off Wagamama with a Blue Light card

Got a Blue Light card? You and up to five guests can enjoy 20% off food at Wagamama. From katsu curry to kid-friendly chopsticks, there’s something for everyone.

Fun fact: Wagamama means ‘naughty child’ in Japanese! The brand was founded in 1992 by Alan Yau, inspired by fast-paced ramen bars in Japan.

Super savings at Schuh

There are some major mid-season savings to be found on footwear this week. At Schuh, the online sale features over 50% off a wide selection of men’s, women’s and children’s shoes, boots and accessories.

Brand fact: Despite the German name meaning ‘shoe’, Schuh was actually founded in Edinburgh in 1981.

Cracking deals on Crocs

If you’re looking to update a pair of Crocs, there’s up to 50% off at the Crocs mid-season sale. Find discounts galore on shoes, clogs and sandals, that’s ladies, men’s and kids!

Brand fact: Crocs’ now-iconic clogs made their debut in 2002 and quickly became a global comfort staple.

Pizza Hut’s unlimited buffet

Pizza Hut’s crowd-pleasing  unlimited buffet is available seven days a week. Weekday buffets start from just £14.99 for adults and £7.99 for kids, and include unlimited salad.

For a little extra, you can upgrade to the buffet bundle and enjoy buffet and salad, plus a bottomless drink and a visit to the ice cream factory. Bundle prices start from £15.99 for adults and £9.99 for kids.

Brand fact: The name ‘Pizza Hut’ came about because the original restaurant sign only had space for eight letters, so ‘Pizza Hut’ fit perfectly!

Sainsbury’s top picks

Sainsbury’s has some fantastic offers for Nectar card holders this week. You can pick up a Pizza Express margherita pizza for just £2.75 and a pack of Warburtons crumpets for only £1. These are just a few of the many deals available in-store.

Brand fact: Sainsbury’s began as a single dairy shop on London’s Drury Lane in 1869. Founded by John James and Mary Ann Sainsbury, the store earned a reputation for quality and value, principles that helped grow it into one of the UK’s biggest supermarket chains.

Happy saving!
