School’s out, bellies are rumbling and February half term (16-22 February 2026) is the perfect time to grab a bite together without breaking the bank. From pub breakfasts to sit‑down dinners and café bargains, loads of places across the UK are offering kids eat free or cheap deals for families this half‑term.

Here’s the best list you can use to plan your week of meals, with clear prices and how to get the offer.

Supermarket & café kids eat free or cheap deals

Asda Cafés
Kids can eat for £1 all day, every day with no adult spend needed. Hot meals like pasta, chicken nuggets, fish fingers, and pizza are included, plus a piece of fruit. Perfect for a quick, low-cost lunch.

Morrisons Cafés
Children under 16 can enjoy a free meal with every adult meal costing £4.99 or more. Drinks are included, and the offer runs throughout February half term.

IKEA Restaurants
Kids’ meals start from 95p daily from 11 am - no adult meal required.

Dobbies Pausa Café
Spend £4 on an adult meal after 3 pm and kids get a mini main, two snacks, and a drink for free. Some locations also include soft play.

Sainsbury’s Cafés
Kids eat for £1 with any adult hot meal (usually from 11:30 am). Great for a quick sit-down meal while out shopping.

Restaurants, pubs & casual dining offers

Bella Italia
Children aged 2–11 can eat free with an adult main on weekdays, and for £1 on weekends. Check local branches for early evening cut-offs.

Café Rouge
Kids eat free with an adult main during lunchtime (around 12 pm–4 pm).

YO! Sushi
Kids eat free when dining with a full-paying adult spending £10 or more.

OK Diners
One child under 10 eats free with every adult main - check local branch for availability.

Franco Manca
Kids aged 12 and under get a free pizza with every adult main, usually Monday–Thursday.

Las Iguanas
By downloading the Las Iguanas app, kids eat free with a paying adult, ideal for children aged 4–11.

Frankie & Benny’s
Kids eat free when an adult buys a main meal. Each free meal includes a main, two sides, a drink, and dessert. Dine-in only, all day, every day.

Bill’s
Up to two children aged 10 and under can enjoy a free kids’ meal with every adult main.

Preto
Children up to age 10 eat free (or at very low cost) with a paying adult when you download the voucher/app.

The Real Greek
Kids under 12 eat free when an adult spends £10 on Sundays.

Pizza Hut
From 16 February, kids eat free when an adult spends £9.99. Pop in before 3 pm for the Kids Buffet using code KEF, or upgrade for £2 with KEF2 for unlimited soft drinks and a trip to the Ice Cream Factory. After 3 pm, kids can enjoy a free Kids Meal Deal.

TGI Fridays
Kids eat free all day, every day for Stripes Rewards members when an adult buys a full-price main. Children under 12 get a snack, main, and two sides from the kids’ menu.

Gordon Ramsay Restaurants
At Bread Street Kitchen (London, Liverpool, Edinburgh), kids under 10 eat free when an adult orders two courses. Book ahead to avoid disappointment.

Angus Steakhouse
Children aged 8 and under eat free daily from 12 pm–5 pm with an adult main. Free dishes come with an activity sheet and crayons.

Banana Tree
Kids eat free with a paying adult (adult meals from £15) Monday–Friday during February half term. Meals include kid-friendly options like chicken nuggets, ramen, and crispy chicken.

Côte Brasserie
Kids eat for £1 with an adult main via the Côte app (Mon–Fri). Options include fish goujons, pasta, and mini versions of adult dishes.

Slug & Lettuce
Some locations offer £1 kids’ meals on Sundays with an adult main (brunch or kids’ pick’n’mix menu).

Rosa’s Thai
Kids aged 3-12 get a free Little Rosa’s menu meal with a paying adult, Monday–Friday until 6 pm.

Burger King
Selected branches offer a free King Jr meal for £1 with every adult meal from 14–21 February (check app/restaurant).

KFC
Some locations have £1 Kids Meal deals via app click & collect with adult order, includes mini fillet or popcorn chicken packs with sides and drink.

Kids can eat for £1 with a paying adult on Mondays. Check local branches for half term offers.

Sizzling Pub & Grill
Kids’ main meals are £1 with an adult main on weekdays and school holidays.

Tips to get the most from kids eat free deals

  • Check age limits and times - some offers only apply at certain hours or days.
  • Sign up for loyalty apps where required (Bella Italia, Las Iguanas, YO! Sushi).
  • Book ahead for busy days like weekends.
  • Call ahead - not every branch takes part.
  • Mix in supermarket cafés - great for budget-friendly sit-down meals between days out.
