Fantastic and very friendly and helpful
The lady i spoke to Danielle was very easy to talk to.She made me feel at ease and was very understanding.She explained everything clearly to me and asked if i needed to rest because of my mental health that we could do the call in 2 separate calls.I would recommend this company to anyone that is in the same situation as me.

Crisis averted
I was in crisis over debt when I called, I spoke to Emma and together we found a way to overcome my debt worries. I was a little teary at the end of the call, mostly from relief. Then I had my first decent night of sleep in months. Dealing with money when you have poor mental health is so hard. It takes a while to reach for help sometimes, I'm so grateful I had the courage to ask and I'm super pleased I called the right people. Its clear you guys care so much. Thank you for being there, for your patience and empathy. Much love.

Life changing help
I didn't know how to get out of the financial mess I found myself in and a friend recommended Money Wellness. The team were experts with a wealth of knowledge but they treated me with kindness and respect. Guided through every step of the process with additional easy to use information sheets and videos I received a positive solution which has transformed my finances and reduced my stress levels.

A better experience/process than expected
I was nervous and slightly embarrassed to use the service, but found the online process fairly easy. A call needed to take place with an advisor which I wasn’t looking forward to, but the advisor was extremely helpful and supportive and there to support me. Ongoing notifications kept me up to date and weren’t intrusive.

Very knowledgeable staff, great advice, they listen even when you go off in a tangent.. The only downfall is you cannot phone and talk to anyone, if you ring the number you re, given, it takes you to an answering service.And no matter which number you click, it just tells you to.Send an email,, it would have been easier if I could have been put through to a person to talk to.When I had a query
