Scary at first, until they help!

They were understanding, helpful, and offered personal perception on the issues I'd got into. Everyone gets deeper into a financial mess ... because it's financials; the general public isn't educated into the mindset of how to handle money, savings, interest, and especially debt! When I contacted Money Wellness, I was told clearly what my options were, what information I needed to gather, and so on. No judgement, no criticism of what I'd done or what happened. It was "let's look at the situation and what can you - helped by us - do about it?" Make no mistake - they do not tell you what to do to get you out of a fix! What they DO do for you is figure out what fix you're in and suggest ways of sorting it all out. A human being talks to you, leads you through YOUR decision, helps and advises, lets you know what rights you have and so on. Thanks to the help of Money Wellness, a weight of worry has been taken off me!

I was in a complete panic and embarrassed about my financial crisis but the support and empathy I received from the few people I spoke to during my call really put me at ease. They explained everything in layman's term so that I could understand what they were telling me (which I found very useful). My advice is be totally transparent with during your call so they can help with all the information you can give them.
