We’ve partnered with Capital One to help more people take control of their money
We’re excited to announce our new partnership with Capital One UK, which will help more people get the support they need to manage their finances and improve their financial wellbeing.

Through this partnership, Capital One customers who show early signs of financial stress will be able to access our free, independent support, including confidential debt advice, help to boost their income, and practical budgeting tools.
Capital One customers will be signposted to a free Money Wellness financial health check to get a clear picture of their current money situation and the support available to improve it. We’ll help them find out if they might be eligible for a debt solution, struggling with household bills, or missing out on benefits or other income support.
Capital One colleagues will be able to connect customers directly to us, either by transferring the call or arranging an appointment, so they can get the right help right away.
This partnership builds on Capital One’s strong track record of helping people succeed with credit. From tools like QuickCheck and CreditWise, to their focus on doing the right thing for customers, they’ve always been committed to improving financial outcomes.
For us, it’s another step in our mission to make sure everyone has access to trusted, free support before money worries spiral.
As our director of external relations, Sebrina McCullough, puts it: “Far too many people are silently struggling with money problems. That’s why we’re excited to work with Capital One UK – an organisation that shares our belief in early, proactive support. Together, we can reach more people and help them move towards financial stability and control.”
John Birkbeck, Head of Operations at Capital One UK, added: "We're delighted to be partnering with Money Wellness. It allows us to direct customers to the early guidance they need to achieve their financial goals. This collaboration builds trust, strengthens customer relationships and promotes long-term financial well-being."
