Really thorough service that helped me out when bailiffs were at my door. All I had to do was give them some details and they did the rest. Now I'm not waiting around all day just incase the bailiffs turned up. With no disposable income it wasn't like I could make payments to all my creditors so I felt like there was nothing I could do about it until I rang money wellness and they sorted it straight out for me. I would really recommend money wellness. If you're struggling to make an offer of payment to your debts and bailiffs are threating to take your goods they will help you out and take the stress away.

James the customer service assistant

James was the advisor allocated to me. He was professional at all times. He didn’t give me any indication I was being judged by him. He assured me that my circumstances could be sorted. He assisted me in areas I wasn’t sure about and was patient while I worked out what information he needed. I’m not sure if his age but I would say by his voice he’s a young gentleman … who was very confident and knew what he was doing. I highly recommend this guy
