On the whole the adviser was clear and very patient with me. However, I found the back ground noise unsettling. I was aware of another adviser talking to another person. Although I could not hear the details being spoken about, I could tell that the other adviser was female. My appointment was a little off putting as it felt there were two people talking to me at the same time.
