I was in the darkest time of my life when I rang money wellness, I spoke to an absolute diamond of a lady at the very beginning (I cannot remember her name, so sorry 😔). After that, to complete my application I spoke to another wonderful member of staff, his name was Lee. He was so professional and kept me upto date with absolutely everything. Very helpful and informative. I had 2 issues. One regarding my mortgage which was very helpful. Second was about other debts. This wasn't really the reason for my call and this felt a little pushy in terms of wanting me to agree an IVA there and then, this is a big decision.
