Friendly, compassionate, professional, well spoken
I had a lovely agent, her name was Ellie, not only was her voice calming, but she also explained things thoroughly, kept asking if I needed to ask any questions as she explained, didn't mind my rambles, and she didn't make me feel like just another number, extremely professional, but caring and compassionate, she was well spoken, i could understand everything she said, and when I didnt understand something, she was more than happy to explain. She made my first experience, and my first time reaching out for help, a pleasant experience. She was very detailed and she always made so much effort to get in touch, and to see if I was okay. From the experience that she has given me, I'd definitely recommend money wellness.
Then I had a gentleman ring me up to help me with my debt relief form, again a very well spoken and clear to hear man, unfortunately, due to my memory issues, I do not remember his name, but he was thorough, though at times would speak fast, he was happy to hear any questions and re explain if asked to, although it did feel more rushed with him, but i didn't mind that, as Ellie put in the ground work and he was working for a push to get things finished. I am extremely thankful to Ellie for making this process less stressful, and thank you Ellie for spending a total of 5 to 6 hours, helping me.
