I originally applied for a different debt solution, which I unfortunately didn’t qualify for. I was passed onto another member of the team (I believe his name was Alastair). Alastair was amazing. We spoke at lengths about my situation and the best solutions for me. He wasn’t judgemental, neither was he dismissive. He made this entire situation feel stress free. A real asset to the company.

Good and bad experience
Excellent service however the client needs to be sure of having all information to hand as some of the telephone advisors seem impatient to rattle through the process with minimal explanation. This was my experience with the first advisor that I spoke to but thankfully the second advisor was happy to provide better communication and understood that not everyone can grasp detailed financial advice quickly

Absolutely brilliant, life changing for me
I was referred to Money Wellness via Stepchange to help me out with my financial situation, and all I can say is how impressed I have been with their service. It's been a tough time for me these last couple of years after losing my job after the pandemic, and recently losing my Dad, but Money Wellness has helped me so much, it has been life changing to be honest, thats how I feel about it.
