An olive branch
I am a neurodivergent individual with a significant trauma history and overwhelming debt i just had no idea how to handle. I have been avoiding facing this for a long time and it has prevented me from moving forward in some areas of my life. I really struggle with communication, and often avoid these things due to overwhelm, I feel like Olivia offered the exact attitude and approach my nervous system required. I was able to follow through with what I was avoiding for a long time. I told her of my difficulties and she reassured me from the start and adapted her approach towards me, showing empathy throughout. I felt immediate relief after getting off the phone with Olivia, she was very helpful, put me at ease, and true to her name I feel like she offered me an olive branch that has now changed the trajectory of my path.
