I was drowning In debt so I decided to call money wellness for advice I felt completely at ease speaking to them . Superb company... fair and square!
Just fantastic... A huge weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. I am 39 and having to start again after DA (psychological, financial etc), and this DRO is going to give me the stepping stone I need to enter my 40's a whole new person. Yes, I feel broken this has happened to me, but life is for living, sometimes we have to make sacrifices in order to grow. Money Wellness from beginning to end supported me flawlessly and seamlessly. Their customer service is second to none - if I had an issue they would call me or text me. Their communication skills are top notch, their willingness to help you cannot be matched. In the space of 3 days they had my DRO approved... I used StepChange, then was referred to them; anyone looking for a way out of financial ruin, they are the best people to deal with! Got there in the end!
Although I struggled to make contact with the relevant team via telephone or email, the overall result was positive and they helped me work out a way to get back on my feet. Everything was explained in great detail and there was certainly empathy for my situation from the people I dealt with.

Absolutely awesome
This service is awesome as soon as I started talking to James he made me feel comfortable as I was not in a good place he listened to everything that was wrong with me and came up with a solution he made me realize that there is people out there that understand what you are going through and are there to help I would certainly recommend Money Wellness to anybody in financial trouble they are brilliant
